Why families in Nepal choose this course

Every kid in Nepal has ideas for apps — this course is where those ideas become real. With MIT App Inventor, your child designs actual Android apps: the screens, the buttons, the logic, the feel. Then they test them on a real phone.

Unlike group classes where one project fits everyone, our 1:1 live sessions follow your child's curiosity. A soundboard for a favourite comedian. A health tracker for the family. A quiz app about Nepal's geography. The mentor guides the building; your child makes every decision.

The course ends with a Community Impact Capstone — a polished, working app your child plans, builds and presents, plus the confidence to explain how every part of it works.

Questions parents in Nepal ask

Do we need an Android phone for App Inventor classes?+

It helps but isn't required — apps can be tested in an on-screen emulator. If you have any Android phone at home, your child can run their app on it during class.

Is App Inventor harder than Scratch?+

It's the natural next step. The blocks feel like Scratch, but the thinking gets more real: screens, events and data. Most students who enjoyed Scratch love App Inventor.

Can my child really build a working app?+

Yes — a real one, on a real phone. By the end of the course your child will have built several apps, ending with a capstone they designed themselves.
